Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete paperwork and
change into your robe. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. We reserve
the right to refuse service to anyone.
We accept cancellations 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment will result in a $25 charge. No shows are charged at full value.
Tips are accepted at the reception desk; discrete envelopes are provided for all spa staff members.

We accept clients of all ages. Some services may require parental consent. A release form must be signed before services are rendered to anyone under the age of 18. To ensure relaxation and confidentially, we ask that only those to whom services are provided accompany our clients during services. We love children, however, we want you to relax and enjoy your spa experience. We encourage you to make child care arrangements prior to your arrival, as there are no childcare facilities available.
